Virtual presentations, one-on-one assistance available to employees ahead of open enrollment

In preparation for open enrollment 2023, virtual presentations and one-on-one assistance with a benefits team member will be available for employees.

WEST LAFAYETTE EMPLOYEES

One-on-one assistance

Human Resources – Benefits on the Purdue West Lafayette campus will offer virtual one-on-one meetings (via Microsoft Teams or phone) with a Benefits team member Oct. 10-14. These appointments should be used for open-enrollment questions only. Employees can discuss topics such as CDHP medical offerings, how prescriptions are covered and voluntary plan options.

Virtual presentations

Virtual open-enrollment presentations will take place for employees on the West Lafayette campus Oct. 11-21. The schedule and registration information are available here.

After scheduling an appointment, employees will receive an Outlook calendar invitation with the Microsoft Teams meeting information.

FORT WAYNE AND NORTHWEST EMPLOYEES

Employees at the Purdue Northwest and Purdue Fort Wayne campuses also have virtual presentations and one-on-one assistance available to them. Those schedules are available here.
